I was happy to be asked to illustrate the cover for The Georgia Straight’s Best of Vancouver issue for the second year in a row! Of course our subject was the pandemic, but I was asked to create something that felt inspiring. I thought this was a suitably defiant pose.
BTW – Wuxtry is holding a pool noodle which was the way early social distancing monitors demonstrated proper distancing.
